Common questions
What counts as a booking?
Any confirmed session — a cold plunge pod booking, a massage appointment, or a class registration. Cancelled bookings don't count.
How does the platform fee work?
When a customer pays for a session, Zenota takes a small percentage before the remainder is paid out to your Stripe Connect account. The fee varies by plan.
Can I embed Zenota on my own website?
Yes. Every plan includes an embeddable widget — a snippet of code you paste into your site. Customers book without leaving your page.
What happens after the free trial?
You'll be prompted to pick a plan. If you don't, your account moves to read-only. Your data is never deleted.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
